I'm reading "The Feminine Mystique" and fulfilling all of my housewife duties at the same time. I'm officially a substitute teacher but hopefully I can get a real teaching job soon. Embroidery is my new hobby now that football season is over.. Eventually I am going to embroider Casey's pillow with the West Virginia state flower and mine with Maryland. I'm going to Portland [Oregon] in the beginning of March and I can't wait. I am going to also take this rare livejournal opportunity to document my always-changing home. Finally put up the hand that Casey's mom gave us for Christmas. I also recently painted the door; the only other colorful thing in the bathroom was this: I don't know how I feel about the waiting room created by the bench being one of the first things you see as you walk in the door but it needed to be moved for this gem: I love this house.
